What do I actually pay, and when?
Two numbers, and there is no third. $1,200 once to set everything up: the website designed and built, every word written, a photo visit at your business, your Google listing claimed and corrected, and all fourteen languages. Then $499, $999 or $2,000 a month depending on how much you want us running. Three months minimum. Pay twelve months up front and you get fifteen. The only thing not in the monthly price is money that leaves us and goes somewhere else: ad spend to Google or Meta, the AI and phone usage the bots consume, printing, and text messages, all passed to you at cost with no markup and itemised on your invoice.
Do you use AI to build the websites?
Yes, and we're upfront about it. We use Claude and other AI tools to do the slow, repetitive work (building pages, first drafts, and translations) in hours instead of weeks. That's why it's affordable. The human part (meeting you, your photos, the strategy, and the final quality) is still us.
What exactly is a "change"?
One request on one page: new hours, a new photo, a new price, new text, a new team member. You message us, and we do it. A new page, a new feature, or a redesign is bigger than a change, we'll give you a separate price first, with no surprises.
How long does it take?
Two to four weeks from the first call for most projects. The photo visit usually sets the pace, once we've been to your business, the rest moves fast.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. Most people come to us with an old or do-it-yourself site. We rebuild it from scratch and move your domain, so your web address stays the same.
Which areas do you work in?
We're based in Brooklyn and work in person across New York City and New Jersey. Farther away works too, we just do more of it by video call.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing is held hostage. Your domain is yours, always. After the three month minimum you can leave with thirty days notice, we hand you the site files and help you move everything wherever you want. We keep clients by being useful, not by locking doors.
Can I add things later, or move up a plan?
Yes, any time. Everything is inside your plan, so there is nothing to bolt on. If you want more, you move up a plan and the new price starts with your next month. The few things outside every plan (a second location, an extra language, a print run) are added at the printed price.
