What we collect, and what we never do with it.
This is the privacy policy for ramgrows.studio, run by RamGrows Studio in Brooklyn, New York. It is written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call (347) 559-7878 or email go@ramgrows.studio and a person will answer you.
The short version. We collect only what you type into a form on this site. We do not track you around the internet. There are no advertising pixels, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, and no tracking cookies on this website. We have never sold anyone's information and we never will.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us in a form:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your business name
- The language you would like us to speak with you
- The service you are asking about
- The day and time window you pick, if you book a call
- Anything you write in the message box
That is the whole list. We do not ask for your date of birth, your address, your social security number, or anything about your finances.
Card payments
We never see your card number. When you pay, the card form on our site is served directly by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details go from your browser to Stripe. They do not pass through our website and we do not store them anywhere. What we receive back from Stripe is your name, your email, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.

What runs this website
Three companies handle your information on our behalf. They are not allowed to use it for their own purposes:
- Netlify hosts the website and stores form submissions and bookings.
- Stripe processes card payments.
- Resend sends the emails you get from us, such as a booking confirmation.
One more thing worth naming honestly: the fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, so Google's servers receive your IP address when a page loads. We get nothing from that and we do not use it.
Cookies, and what we actually store in your browser
This site sets no tracking cookies. It stores exactly two small values in your own browser, and they never leave your device or reach us:
- One remembers that an animation has already played, so it does not replay on every page.
- One remembers that you closed a notice, so it stays closed.
You can clear both at any time by clearing your browser data. Nothing breaks if you do.
How we use what you give us
To reply to you, to call you at the time you picked, to do the work you hired us for, and to send you the receipt and the short list of things we need to start. That is all. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking, and we do not send newsletters you did not request.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and bookings that do not turn into work are kept for up to two years, so we can find you if you come back. Records for clients who paid us are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. You can ask us to delete anything sooner, and we will, except where we are legally required to keep a payment record.
Your rights
Email go@ramgrows.studio and you can:
- Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you
- Ask us to correct something that is wrong
- Ask us to delete it
- Ask us to stop contacting you
We will do it within 30 days, and we will not ask you why.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If something goes wrong
If information we hold is ever exposed, we will tell the people affected by email within 72 hours of finding out, and we will tell you plainly what happened and what we are doing about it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have your email because you are a client, we will email you.
