We're Christians and we run this studio the way we'd want to be treated. Here's what that means in practice, written down so you can hold us to it.
1. The price you're quoted is the price
Every price is on the website. If something extra ever costs money, you approve it in writing before we do it. No surprise line items, ever. That includes the AI: its usage cost is paid by you directly, at cost, with no markup, never hidden inside our fee.
2. You own everything
The domain is registered to you. The website is yours. If you leave us, everything goes with you and we help you move it. No hostages.
3. We tell you the truth about AI
AI does the slow, repetitive work; that's why our prices are low. People do the judgment: your photos, your words, every check before launch. We'll never pretend otherwise in either direction.
4. Nothing fake, ever
No fake reviews, no invented testimonials, no made-up claims about your business or ours. If we can't say it honestly, we don't say it.
5. We keep working until you're proud of it
Before launch, we revise until you sign off. After launch, your care plan means changes actually get made, on the timelines printed on the pricing page.
6. If we can't help you, we say so
On the first call. We'd rather send you somewhere better suited than take money for a bad fit.
