Every month, on a fixed rhythm
The same work every month, on the same days, and a one-page note of what was done. The plan does not grow over time; the results do. Rankings climb, reviews stack up, the list gets longer. When you want more, you move up a plan.
- Google Business Profile: four posts, hours and photos kept right, every review answered within one business day
- A missed call texts back within a minute, and every finished visit gets a review request by text
- Five changes to the site, usually the same day
- The site checked, backed up and kept fast; hosting and domain included
- One short vertical video, filmed at a quarterly visit and cut for you
- A one-page report of what was done and what it brought: calls answered, bookings made, reviews gained
- A line to Nik or someone on the team, day or night, answered within one business day
- A thirty-minute planning call every three months
What it costs, all of it
And if you pay those twelve up front, you are served for fifteen. That is three months of everything above, free.
Outside the plan, always at cost
Three things are not ours to sell, so they pass through at exactly what they cost, itemised on your invoice: ad spend (what Google and Meta charge; you set the budget, at least $500 a month on Partner), AI and phone usage (the bots' minutes and messages and the number they answer on; a typical Complete client sees $25 to $45 a month), and printing and text messages (the printer's own bill, about a cent a text). Everything that is our work is inside the monthly price.
$1,200 to set up, once. That covers building the website, writing every word, the photo visit, and putting your Google listing right. There is no separate charge for the site, ever.
Three months minimum. Long enough for the work to show, short enough that you are not trapped. After that, thirty days' notice ends it, and everything stays yours.
Pay for twelve months and get fifteen. Three months free, the cheapest way to buy this, and it is how most of our clients do it.
Bring a business
Every business you bring us that qualifies, signs and has been with us four months takes a quarter off your monthly plan for as long as they stay. Four of them, and you pay nothing a month. How it works →
Prices rise at the twentieth customer. Essential goes to $599, Complete to $1,199 and Partner to $2,400. Everyone who signed before that keeps today’s price for as long as they stay. It is written into your agreement.
The same work, bought anywhere else
We are not going to tell you our competitors are bad. Most of them are fine at the one thing they do. The problem is that you need more than one thing, and buying them one at a time is how a small business ends up with six invoices, six people to chase and nobody who owns the result. Here is that column, using prices those services publish themselves.

The gap is not a discount and it is not a trick. It is what happens when one team does all of it with the same tools, the same words and the same person answering, instead of six companies each solving a sixth of your problem and each billing you for the meeting.
