It speaks it. The voice, the phrasing and the manners are Russian; the summaries you get are in the language you choose. A person who speaks Russian listens to the first hundred calls and corrects anything that sounds translated.
What happens when it cannot help?
It takes the details, tells the caller when a person will call back, and texts you at once. If you add a person on the line ($12 a call), a live receptionist takes over for overflow and after-hours.
