How One Desk works
One Desk is not another app to learn. It is one page, on your phone, that reads from the things the studio already set up for you and lets you act on them with a tap.
Where the numbers come from
Calls and what was asked come from your phone line. Bookings come from your calendar. Reviews and visits come from your Google listing and your site. Ad spend comes from your Google and Meta ad accounts. Nothing is typed in by hand, so nothing is out of date.
What a day looks like
A glance in the morning: how many calls came in overnight, what they asked, who booked. One tap on the posts we prepared for the week. One tap to ask yesterday's customers for a review. That is the whole job.
Who sets it up
The same team that is connecting RamGrows Financial, our co-founder's tax office, connects yours: the phone, the calendar, the listing, the site and the ad accounts, into one screen in your language. It is switched on during your first month, and it is checked by a person before you see it.
How you get in
A code texted to your phone. No password to remember, nothing to install. It works on any phone, and a second person at the desk can have their own code.
What it never does
It never sends anything to your customers on its own. Every message and every post waits for your tap. It never sells or shares your customers' details, and you can export everything at any time.
If you leave
The screen is switched off; the data is yours and comes with you. The same rule as everything else we build.
The price
Setup covers the website, every word on it, a 90-minute photo visit and your Google listing. Three months minimum. Ad spend, AI usage and printing are passed through at cost, with no markup.
