The agreement, on one page.

This is what you are agreeing to when you hire RamGrows Studio. It is short on purpose. The full terms sit behind it and cover the rest, but these are the five things that actually cause disagreements, so they are here in front where you can read them in a minute.

1. The price is the price. You pay what was quoted. If something extra would cost money, we tell you and you approve it in writing before we do it. Never a surprise on an invoice.
2. You pay the $1,200 setup fee to start. Your monthly plan is charged from day 21, when the site is live, not before. Three months minimum, then thirty days' notice ends it. Your monthly price never goes up while you stay.
3. You own everything when it is paid for. The site, the words, the photos, the logo files, the domain in your name. If you leave, it all goes with you and we help you move it.
4. We need things from you. Content, approvals and answers. If we are waiting on you for more than 30 days we may pause the project, and anything paid stays credited to you.
5. Three things pass through at cost, itemised, and nothing else is ever added. Your ad budget to Google and Meta (at least $500 a month on Partner), the AI and phone usage the bots consume (a typical Complete client sees $25 to $45 a month), and the printer's bill. No charge per change, page, language, call or hour.
6. Either of us can stop. In writing. You pay for the work done up to that point and we hand over everything finished. If we stop, we refund anything paid for work not done.

Two things we will never do: promise you a number of customers or a position on Google, because nobody can honestly promise that, and use a fake review or an invented claim about your business. If we cannot say it honestly we do not say it.
