Built for your trade
A website for an accounting office in Brooklyn.
Your busiest ten weeks decide your year, and most of the people who will call you in February are looking at your website in January. It has to answer what you do, what it costs, and how to start, without a phone call.
What this costs, with the other options next to it →What your site has to do
- What you actually do, listedpersonal returns, business returns, bookkeeping, payroll, ITIN, audit letters; people search for the specific thing
- A price or a range for each onethe question every caller asks first, and the one most offices dodge until the meeting
- A safe way to send documentsnot email; a link that puts the documents where you can actually use them
- Booking that survives the seasondifferent lengths for a simple return and a business, so February does not collapse
- The languages your clients think ina tax conversation in a second language is not a conversation; in this borough that matters more here than almost anywhere
What the plan does here, month after month
- Season remindersthe texts that bring documents in before the deadline, not after
- A document checklist on the sitein five languages, so the first visit is the last
- The phone answered in seasonthe bot books, answers hours and prices, takes the message
- Referrals from clientsa review request after every filed return
What we build for you
You do not buy a website from us. You pick a plan, and the website is inside it, along with everything that makes the website worth having. Essential is $499 a month: the site, your Google listing run properly, and five changes a month. Complete is $999: all of that, plus the Voice Bot answering every call day and night in five languages, booking into your calendar, and a filming day every quarter. Partner is $2,000: we become your marketing department, run your Google and Meta ads, and meet you every month.
There is a $1,200 setup fee, paid once, which covers building the site, writing every word, the photo visit, and putting your Google listing right. After that it is one number a month and nothing else. No quotes, no surprise invoices, no charge per change.
How it works
Three months minimum, which is long enough for the work to show and short enough that you are not trapped. Month to month with no commitment is twenty percent more, because short notice costs us more. Pay twelve months up front and you get fifteen, which is three months free and the cheapest way to buy this. The guarantee is the same on every plan: your site is live within 30 days of you signing off the draft, or the first month is free.
Questions owners ask us
Can clients send us documents through the site?
Yes. A secure upload, not an email attachment, and it lands somewhere you can work from rather than in an inbox.
Should we publish prices?
A range, yes. Offices that publish a range get fewer calls and more clients, because the people who call have already decided they can afford you.
Can the site handle the January rush?
That is what it is built for. Booking with real lengths, the phone answered around the clock on Complete and Partner, and the questions that eat your day answered on the page before anyone dials.
Can we have the site in Russian or Georgian?
Yes, and in Spanish and Ukrainian too. Five languages are included on every plan, not charged per language.
