Built for your trade
A website for a medical office in Brooklyn.
A medical website is read by someone worried, usually on a phone, usually at night. It has to be calm, clear about insurance, and honest about what you treat.
What this costs, with the other options next to it →What your site has to do
- The insurance plans you acceptthe question that decides whether they call at all
- What each doctor actually treatsby condition, in the words a patient would use, not the billing code
- New patient forms before the visitless time at the desk and a better first appointment
- Appointments that reach the right personand a clear line about what is urgent and what is not
- The languages spoken in the officefor a lot of this borough this is the whole decision
What the plan does here, month after month
- Appointment reminders and confirmationsby text, in the patient's language
- The phone answered when the desk is fullthe Voice Bot books, cancels and answers hours and insurance
- Reviews asked after every visitone tap, the same day
- Wait times and walk-in notes on Googlekept right every week
What we build for you
You do not buy a website from us. You pick a plan, and the website is inside it, along with everything that makes the website worth having. Essential is $499 a month: the site, your Google listing run properly, and five changes a month. Complete is $999: all of that, plus the Voice Bot answering every call day and night in five languages, booking into your calendar, and a filming day every quarter. Partner is $2,000: we become your marketing department, run your Google and Meta ads, and meet you every month.
There is a $1,200 setup fee, paid once, which covers building the site, writing every word, the photo visit, and putting your Google listing right. After that it is one number a month and nothing else. No quotes, no surprise invoices, no charge per change.
How it works
Three months minimum, which is long enough for the work to show and short enough that you are not trapped. Month to month with no commitment is twenty percent more, because short notice costs us more. Pay twelve months up front and you get fifteen, which is three months free and the cheapest way to buy this. The guarantee is the same on every plan: your site is live within 30 days of you signing off the draft, or the first month is free.
Questions owners ask us
Is a website with a contact form HIPAA compliant?
A form that takes a name, a phone number and a preferred time is not handling protected health information. As soon as it asks about symptoms or treatment it is, so we keep clinical detail off the website and inside your own systems.
Can patients book online?
Yes, for the appointment types you choose. Many offices open only a few slots online and keep the rest on the phone. That works well.
Can we list conditions we treat?
Yes, and it is the main reason people find you. We write it in patient language and we never claim an outcome.
Do you connect to our practice software?
Sometimes. Tell us what you use and we will say honestly whether it connects, rather than promising and discovering later.
