Built for your trade
A website for a physical therapy or chiropractic practice in Brooklyn.
It is 8am on Monday. The first patient is on the table, the phone is ringing, and the front desk is checking someone in. The caller has a referral in her hand and wants to know if you take her insurance and how soon she can come. If she gets voicemail, she calls the next name on the referral list.
What this costs, with the other options next to it →What your site has to do
- The insurance list, in plain sightthe first question, answered before they dial; whether a referral is needed, said plainly
- What you treat, in the words patients useback pain, a shoulder after surgery, a sports injury; not the clinical names
- Booking that lands in your schedulefor the first visit, and for the eight visits after it
- Reminders that keep the plan of care goinga text before each visit and an easy way to move it; a patient who skips two visits rarely comes back
- Real photos of the space and the therapistspeople are choosing who puts hands on them
- The languages your patients think inthe site in fourteen languages, the phone and chat bots in five
What we build for you
You do not buy a website from us. You pick a plan, and the website is inside it, along with everything that makes the website worth having. Essential is $499 a month: the site, your Google listing run properly, and five changes a month. Complete is $999: all of that, plus the Voice Bot answering every call day and night in five languages, booking into your calendar, and a filming day every quarter. Partner is $2,000: we become your marketing department, run your Google and Meta ads, and meet you every month.
There is a $1,200 setup fee, paid once, which covers building the site, writing every word, the photo visit, and putting your Google listing right. After that it is one number a month and nothing else. No quotes, no surprise invoices, no charge per change.
How it works
Three months minimum, which is long enough for the work to show and short enough that you are not trapped. Month to month with no commitment is twenty percent more, because short notice costs us more. Pay twelve months up front and you get fifteen, which is three months free and the cheapest way to buy this. The guarantee is the same on every plan: your site is live within 30 days of you signing off the draft, or the first month is free.
Questions owners ask us
Do we need HIPAA compliance on the website?
A marketing site that collects a name, a phone number and a preferred time is not handling protected health information. The moment a form asks about an injury or a diagnosis, that changes, so we keep clinical detail off the website and inside your own practice software.
Can patients book online?
Yes, into the schedule you already use, and the desk sees it at once. Returning patients can book their next visit from a text, which is how a plan of care actually gets finished.
Is there something we can do today, for free?
Yes. Ask the next five new patients how they found you and write it down. If four say a doctor sent them and one says Google, you know what the website's job is: reassuring the referred, not chasing strangers. It costs nothing and it shapes everything.
Who answers the phone when the desk is busy?
On Complete and Partner the Voice Bot, every call, day and night, in five languages. It answers the insurance question from your list, books the first visit, and texts the desk. A person is one tap away.
