Built for your trade

A website for a daycare or preschool in Brooklyn.

It is 5:45pm. Pick-up is in full swing, a toddler is crying, and the phone rings. It is a parent who moved to the neighborhood last week, asking whether you have a spot for a two-year-old, what it costs, and whether she can come and see the place. Whoever is holding the phone is also holding a child. The website is there so that parent gets an answer anyway.

What your site has to do

Ages, hours and openings, firstwhat ages you take, when you open and close, and whether there is a spot; the three things every parent asks
A tour request that reaches youa form or a text with the child's age and the parent's number, not a voicemail nobody plays back
Tuition, at least a rangeparents compare before they call; a range on the page books the tours and saves the calls that would never enroll
Real photos of the rooms and the yardand the people, with permission; parents are choosing who holds their child
The license and what a day looks likethe license, the ratios, the meals, the nap, the pick-up rules, said plainly
The languages your families speakthe site in fourteen languages, the phone and chat bots in five

How it works

Three months minimum, which is long enough for the work to show and short enough that you are not trapped. Pay twelve months up front and you get fifteen, which is three months free and the cheapest way to buy this. The guarantee is the same on every plan: your site is live within 30 days of your sign-off on the draft, or the first month is free.

Questions owners ask us

Can parents request a tour online?

Yes. The request takes the child's age, the start date they want and a phone number, and it reaches you as a text. Tours are the whole game in this trade, so the request is on every page.

Should tuition be on the site?

At least a range, yes. Parents look at three or four places before they tour. The ones who cannot afford you stop calling, and the ones who can are already half decided when they walk in.

Is there something we can do today, for free?

Yes. Open your Google listing and add photos of the rooms, taken today on your phone, with no children in them. A listing with real rooms gets more tour requests than one with a logo. Ten minutes, no cost.

Who answers the phone at pick-up time?

On Complete and Partner the Voice Bot, every call, day and night, in five languages. It says the ages you take, the hours and whether there is a spot, books the tour, and texts you. A person is one tap away.
