Built for your trade
A website for a dentist in Brooklyn.
A dental website has one job before any other: turn a nervous person into a booked appointment. Nobody reads about your philosophy. They want to know if you take their insurance, whether it will hurt, and when you can see them.
What this costs, with the other options next to it →What your site has to do
- The insurance list, in plain sightthe first question every caller asks, answered before they dial
- New patient forms they can fill at homefifteen minutes saved at the desk, every single time
- Booking that lands in your calendarand a same-day emergency line that is obvious on a phone
- Real photos of the room and the teampeople are scared of dentists, not of your logo
- The languages your patients think inin this borough that is rarely only English
What the plan does here, month after month
- Reminders that cut no-showsa text the day before, a text an hour before, and a link to reschedule
- Recall for the six-month checkthe Voice Bot calls and books the patients who are due
- Insurance questions answered at 7pmthe bot knows your list and says yes or no before the patient hangs up
- New-patient forms on the phonefilled at home, in their language, before the first visit
What we build for you
You do not buy a website from us. You pick a plan, and the website is inside it, along with everything that makes the website worth having. Essential is $499 a month: the site, your Google listing run properly, and five changes a month. Complete is $999: all of that, plus the Voice Bot answering every call day and night in five languages, booking into your calendar, and a filming day every quarter. Partner is $2,000: we become your marketing department, run your Google and Meta ads, and meet you every month.
There is a $1,200 setup fee, paid once, which covers building the site, writing every word, the photo visit, and putting your Google listing right. After that it is one number a month and nothing else. No quotes, no surprise invoices, no charge per change.
How it works
Three months minimum, which is long enough for the work to show and short enough that you are not trapped. Month to month with no commitment is twenty percent more, because short notice costs us more. Pay twelve months up front and you get fifteen, which is three months free and the cheapest way to buy this. The guarantee is the same on every plan: your site is live within 30 days of you signing off the draft, or the first month is free.
Questions owners ask us
Can patients book online without calling?
Yes. The booking setup is included in the build and it writes into the calendar you already use, so the front desk sees it the moment it happens.
Can we list the insurance plans we take?
Yes, and it should be the most findable thing on the site. We keep it current under a monthly plan, so when you drop a plan it is off the site that week.
Do we need HIPAA compliance on the website?
A normal marketing site that collects a name, a phone number and a preferred time is not handling protected health information. The moment a form asks about a condition or a treatment, that changes, so we keep clinical detail off the website and inside your own practice software.
How long does it take?
Live within thirty days of you signing off the draft, usually sooner. The slow part is your photos and your insurance list, not the building.
