What an independent pharmacy website costs in Brooklyn in 2026.
Pharmacies are usually sold a template with a refill form on it, and then an answering service on top because the phone never stops. Here is the honest range and where we sit in it. One free thing first: count the calls in one afternoon that only asked hours, delivery or ready-or-not. That number is what a phone bot is for, and it tells you whether Complete is worth it to you.

Compare the whole job, not the website. A do-it-yourself builder is about $25 a month and you do the design, the words, the photos, the Google listing and the upkeep yourself, usually at midnight. A traditional agency charges $2,500 to $10,000 to build a site, then $99 to $399 a month to keep it, and bills separately for photography, ads and social. An answering service is another $200 to $600 a month and it takes a message rather than booking the appointment. A part-time marketing person in New York is $3,000 a month and up.

Ours is $1,200 to set up and then $499, $999 or $2,000 a month depending on how much you want us doing. Most businesses on this page are on Complete at $999. That is a custom site, the Google listing, the phone answered around the clock in five languages, booking, four short videos a quarter and four posts a month, for less than one part-time hire. Every figure is on the page before you talk to anyone.

The terms
Three months minimum. Month to month with no commitment is twenty percent more. Pay twelve months up front and you get fifteen: on Complete that is $11,988 for fifteen months of work instead of twelve, which is three months free. Cancel with thirty days notice at any point after the minimum, and the website is yours to take with you either way. We do not hold a site hostage.
Who this is for
This is built for businesses turning over about $600,000 a year or more. At $999 a month, Complete costs about two percent of a $600,000 business and has to bring in maybe four extra customers a month to pay for itself. Below that number the arithmetic stops working, and we would rather say so now than take your money and watch you cancel in March. If you are smaller than that, a do-it-yourself builder is genuinely the right answer and we will tell you which one.
