What an independent pharmacy website costs in Brooklyn in 2026.
Pharmacies are usually sold a template with a refill form on it, and then an answering service on top because the phone never stops. Here is the honest range and where we sit in it. One free thing first: count the calls in one afternoon that only asked hours, delivery or ready-or-not. That number is what a phone bot is for, and it tells you whether Complete is worth it to you.
What the other options cost
Compare the whole job, not just the website. A do-it-yourself builder costs $17 to $25 a month on the entry plan at Wix or Squarespace, and you do the design, the words, the photos, the Google listing and the upkeep yourself, usually at midnight. Agencies price by the project: Clutch, which publishes agency reviews and prices, reports that most web development projects it lists cost under $10,000 and that most agencies bill $25 to $49 an hour, with upkeep, photography, ads and social billed separately. A live answering service starts at $250 a month for 50 minutes at Ruby, and it takes a message rather than booking the appointment. A marketing specialist in the New York area earns $51.11 an hour on average, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, so twenty hours a week is about $4,400 a month before payroll taxes.

The terms
Three months minimum. Pay twelve months up front and you get fifteen: on Complete that is $11,988 for fifteen months of work instead of twelve, which is three months free. Cancel with thirty days' notice at any point after the minimum, and the website is yours to take with you either way. We do not hold a site hostage.
Who this is for
This is built for businesses bringing in about $750,000 a year or more. At $999 a month, Complete costs about two percent of a $750,000 business and has to bring in maybe four extra customers a month to pay for itself. Below that number the arithmetic stops working, and we would rather say so now than take your money and watch you cancel in March. If you are smaller than that, a do-it-yourself builder is genuinely the right answer and we will tell you which one.
